how to move a HardDrive-with-OS from one PC to a other PC?

i got a harddrive with dualboot i need reinstall one of the dual boot linuxs on the drive... my pc does not have working cd/dvd reader under boot and it does not support USB boot from Linux/Window at all!!

now it have Ubuntu 14.04 CLI  10GB and Ubuntu 14.04 Desktop 225GB and 5GB Swap (pc got 5GB-RAM)

i want reinstall desktop...

i got a other pc and got a USB-harddrive-reader :)

so what kind problems i going to need know of?

GRUB?
Drives?

if it no problems my going be happy :)

    By rights you should have no issues transferring the HDD from one machine to another just make sure you unplug all other disks in the machine thats doing the installing and when you put it back in the machine it cam out of it is the first disk on the mobo (or what ever order you pulled it from) if both machines only have one disk you should be ok.

    it did work my so happy :)

    got some grafik problems in the start fix it with go to tty1 and install new drivers..
