Grub2 Boot From ISO (Ubuntu-14.04) following a webside

My ISO: lubuntu-14.04.1-alternate-amd64+mac.iso
wget http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/lubuntu/releases/14.04/release/lubuntu-14.04.1-alternate-amd64+mac.iso

initrd.lz and vmlinuz.efi & folder /casper/ - does not exist on iso

what to do then?

can someone help me here?
